This is a mobile power supply solution kit for our audio amplifier boards. The whole kit with a TBLi06 board, a DC25.2V Li-ion charger, an external LED and an external button included. TBLi06 can have 6x18650 battery cells installed. The output voltage is DC25.2V after full charged. The capacity depends on the cells that you used. We recommend use 3000-10000mAh cells.
TBLi06 charging voltage is DC25.2V. We have provided a Li-ion charger with this kit. The TBLi06 has all protective circuits: overcurrent, overheating, short circuit and over and under voltage protection. In addition, a balancer is installed. This allows a constant voltage of the individual battery cells and ensures that all batteries adapt to the same state of charge. This significantly increases the shelf life of the cells!
LED States:
The external LED port can be connected a LED to indicate the battery power level. The LED will fast blink if the battery voltage less than DC20V, it will auto turn off the system when the battery votage less than DC18V.
LED on the charger:
Red: charging; Green: Charging completed.
LEDs on the board back side: When those LEDs on the board side start fast blink which mean the board start balancing the batteries voltage.
